The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 278 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1) BNS, Police Station Nagfani, District Moradabad, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on the basis of false allegations, applicant has been made accused in the present matter. 5. He further submitted that even from perusal of the statements of two witnesses, namely, Waseem and Naseem, it reflects that they assigned only role of catching hold to applicant and to co-accused Shamshad and co-accused Shamshad has already been released on bail by this Court and his bail order has been annexed at pa
