This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first one was rejected by this Court vide order dated 29.7.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.10455 of 2024. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Session Trial No.71832 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No.161 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Utrao, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
