This bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Jagdish, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 1129 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C. and under Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station-Tundla, District-Firozabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 07.10.2024. In the aforesaid case the applicant was granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 39066 of 2017, vide order dated 10.10.2017 and thereafter he was regularly attending the trial Court on the date fixed.
