The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sompal alias Sonu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 400 of 2023, under Sections 8/20 N.D.P.S Act, Police Station- Dadri, District- Budhh Nagar, during pendency of trial. The co-accused, Arjun Sahu, has been enlarged on bail in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.19870 of 2024. The prayer for release of the applicant on bail on the ground of parity has been made. The applicant is languishing in jail since 30.07.2023 and criminal history of three cases. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant.
