Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 42 of 2025 , under Sections 115(2), 64(2)(M), 74, 351(3) of BNS and Sections 5(L)/6, 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Bhuta, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the daughter of the informant on 01.02.2025 at about 6:30 a.m. and is stated to have done so several times before also. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said
