Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 168 of 2024 , under Sections 65(1), 89 of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Sirsa Kalar, District Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
