Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.821 of 2024, under Sections 70(2), 78, 126(2), 74, 351(2) B.N.S., 2023 and Section 5/6 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 6. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have abducted the victim alongwith co-accused persons and had committed rape with her. The victim is stated to have come back to her house the next day and she was again going with her brother to her house and the applicant and other co-accused persons again tried to abduct her on 19.0
