This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Shivanand, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 487 of 2024, under Sections 319 (2), 318 (4), 338, 337, 336 (3), 340 (2), 61 (2) BNS as well as Section 66C & 66D of I.T. (Amendment) Act, 2008, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Azamgarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 31.08.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Ravikesh Lal Dev, has already been enlarged on bail of by this Bench, vide order dated 16.04.2025 passed in Criminal
