Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.250 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Auraiya, District Auraiya, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 20.05.2024 at about 9:00 a.m. The victim is stated to have taken away Rs.1.2 lakhs cash and certain ornaments with her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanati
