This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Munnalal Patel, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 276 of 2024, under Sections 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Mirzamurad, District Varanasi. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 22.12.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per prosecution version, the applicant had cut the finger of the wife of the informant by Gadansa, but as per injury report and also as per the statement of the doctor, no injury was found on the person of the wife of the informant,
