The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 32 of 2022, under Sections 302, 328 IPC, Police Station Panki, District Kanpur Nagar during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is named in the FIR but it is a case of circumstantial evidence and after six months from the date of incident, FIR of the present case was lodged through an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. and even application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was moved after two months, therefore, there is inordinate delay in lodging the FIR of the present case.
