The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 173 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Maharajganj, District Jaunpur during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is named in the FIR but admittedly informant of the case was not an eye witness and according to him applicant was having illicit relationship with his wife i.e. deceased, therefore, he committed her murder. 4. He further submits, entire allegation leveled against the applicant is totally false and applicant never had any illicit relationship with the deceased.
