The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.434 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 506, 302, 307, 34 IPC and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with several others including co-accused Indrajeet Yadav and after considering the entire facts of the case, co-accused Indrajeet Yadav has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 07.05.202
