Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 214 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) I.P.C. and Section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Raunapar, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
