Heard Sri Devesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0017 of 2025, under Sections 333, 74, 351(2), 352, 64 B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Tappal, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to be infatuated by the victim, as such, had outraged her modesty and was involved in voyeurism and stalking, as such, the FIR was instituted against him on 09.01.2025 as he had behaved indecently with her. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The vic
