The instant bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.48 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 (for short, the "Gangsters Act"), Police Station Narkhi, District Firozabad during the pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that provisions of U.P. Gangsters Act have been invoked against the applicant on the basis of one case mentioned in the gangchart as case crime no.395 of 2024, under Section 3/5/8 of U.P.
