This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Mumtaj Hasan Khan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 79 of 2025, under Sections 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 & Section 3/4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station- Kotwali, District-m Shahjahanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 24.02.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that P.W.1 (victim) and P.W.2 (informant) have turned hostile as they have not supported the prosecution case in their cross-examination done
