This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Akash , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 137 of 2025, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 115 (2), 352, 351 (2), 109 (1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Sasnigate, District Aligarh. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 30.3.2025.
