This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicants, Preeti, Babita Bharti and Shakuntala, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 88 of 2025, under Sections 3/5(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, Police Station- Paniyara, District- Maharajganj. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused- applicants are innocent. They has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 23.03.2025. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are not named in the FIR. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the
