Heard Sri Birendra Singh Khokher, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 261 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64 BNS and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Doghat, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next stated that the informant and the victim have been examined as PW-1 and PW-2 respectively during trial and they have not supported the prosecution story. Even they have been cross-examined by the public prosecutor without declari
