This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Nasir, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 341 of 2024, under Sections 310 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 136 of Electricity Act, Police Station Behat, District Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 5.3.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was not named in the FIR. His name has been surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Co-accused S
