No.90 of 2018, arising out of Case Crime No.126 of 2018, under Sections 376, 457, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Rajapur, District- Chitrakoot, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant was on bail in the instant case by the order of this Court dated 4.1.2019 and was regularly attending the court proceedings, but inadvertently he could not attend the court on 16.10.2024, as such, non-bailable warrant was issued against him. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that as and when the applicant came to know about the said proceedings issued against him, he surrendered before the court on 6.3.2025.
