Heard Sri Suhel Ahmad Azmi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Neeraj Srivastava, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Ram Mohit Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 361 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64 of BNS, and Section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Sujanganj, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the informant suspected that the applicant had enticed his minor daughter away on 14.10.2024 at about 9 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about nine hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded U/s 183
