Shoeb Khan, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashwani Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. As informed by learned A.G.A., notice to the informant has been served on 23.10.2024 but none is present on behalf of the informant even in the revised call. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 182 of 2024, under Sections 64(2)f/65(1) of BNS and Section 5f/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Uruwa Bazar, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. It is next stated that the informant, the victim and her grand mother have been examined as PW-1, PW-2 and PW-3 respectively during trial and they have completely resiled from
