This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Chote @ Bashir Ahmad, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.0081 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, P.S. - Mundhapandey, District- Moradabad. Counter affidavit filed by learned A.G.A. is taken on the record. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 12.03.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused namely, Ashraf Ali has already been enlarged on bail by this Court on 20.5.2025 in C
