This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 74 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 201 and 34 of I.P.C., Sections 3/9, 4, 10 of the U.P. Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 1998 and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Prayagraj. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 26.03.2025.
