The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.572 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238(a), 3(5) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Syana, District Bulandshahr, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of circumstantial evidence and during investigation, applicant has been made accused through the statement of named co-accused Neeraj and except the statement of the co-accused and confessional statement of the applicant, there is no other evidence against the applicant on record. 4. He further submits that applicant is not having any previous criminal history and he is in jail in the present matter since 29.11.2024. 5. Per contra, learned AGA however, oppo
