The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 08 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) BNS, Police Station- Bharatkoop, District- Chitrakoot, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is wife of the deceased and she has been made accused in the present matter on the ground that she was having illicit relationship with co-accused Vinod, therefore, she committed murder of her husband along with him but entire allegation made against the applicant is totally false. 4. He further submitted that except suspicion, there is no evidence against the applicant on record, which can connect her with the instant crime. 5. He further submitted that applicant is lady and
