The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Abhishek Singh Alias Beeru with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 64 of 2025, under Section 8/21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Lalganj, District- Mirzapur. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that as per prosecution case 1170 bottles of Onerex syrup of 100 ML each contained in 10 cartons were recovered from the vehicle driven by the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per quantity mentioned on each bottles, only 200 Mg of Codeine in each bottles was present, which works out to be 1170 X 200 Mg= 23400 Mg (23.4 grams),
