This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicants, Rajesh Kumar Kushwaha and Balbeer Verma enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 53 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals Act, Police Station Sayyadraja, District Chandauli. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused- applicants are innocent. They have has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 20.3.2025. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that 13 alive animals were recovered at the time of interception. There is no recovery of beef or meat
