Learned A.G.A. has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 17.4.2025. 3. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 204 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Khekra, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by fifteen days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 6. It is further stated that the victim is the consenting party, as far as the applicant is concerned and he is not named in the FIR. As per ossification test report, she is 17-18 years old, as such, a leverage of two years may be granted to the app
