The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 102 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of false allegation applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Rahul Kumar and Sameer @ Bunty and after considering the entire facts of the case in detail, both the co- accused Rahul Kumar and Sameer @ Bunty have been released on bail by this Court and their bail order has been annexed at page-86 of the paper-book and on facts, case of applicant is at par with them. 4. He furt
