The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant- Ramsundar Chauhan seeking bail in Case Crime No. 109 of 2024, under Section 8/21/27A/29/60 NDPS Act, Police Station- Shahganj, District- Sonbhadra. In the prosecution case it is alleged that during police checking, the police arrested the applicant and three other co-accused. Recovery of 110 gm heroine is alleged to have been recovered from possession of the applicant and three other co-accused. The recovery has been made in front of the Gazetted Officer.
