This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Tauheed Vasheer Ahmad, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 380 of 2024, under Sections 8/22/29/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- New Agra, District- Agra. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 26.02.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Shailendra Singh Rana, Shailu Pandit and Hariom Dhakare have already been enlarged on bail of this Court by orders dated 0
