The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant- Muffi Alias Mufid seeking bail in Case Crime No. 233 of 2025, under Section 21/22 of NDPS Act & 317(5), 336(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Kokalan, District- Mathura. In the prosecution case it is alleged that during police checking, the police arrested the applicant. From the personal search of the applicant, 540 gm diazepam is alleged to have been recovered from possession of the applicant. The recovery has been made in front of the Gazetted Officer. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the recovered quantity of contraband is 'marginally above from the commercial quantity' as provided in the Schedule appended with the NDPS Act and therefore, the stringent conditions as co
