The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 684 of 2024, under Sections 140(1), 238, 103(1), 3(5) BNS and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Baraut, District- Baghpat during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with others including co-accused Shahrukh and Dildar and after considering entire facts of the case in detail, both the above co-accused Shahrukh and Dildar have been released on bail by this Court vide orders dated 19.03.2025 and 01.04.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 9064 of 2025 and 8872 of 2025 respectively and on facts, case of applicant is at par with them. 4.
