Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.250 of 2024, under Section 317(4) B.N.S., Police Station- Fatehabad, District- Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that in the instant case the applicant was enlarged on bail by this Court under Sections 304(2), 317(2) B.N.S, but later on the final report (charge-sheet) has been filed in added Section 317(4) B.N.S. Learned counsel has stated that the applicant has not misused the said liberty granted to him earlier on. The criminal antecedents of the applicant have been explained in paragraph-22 of the affidavit filed with bail application.
