The first bail application was rejected by this Bench vode order dated 05.12.2024. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Yagyavalk Pandeyh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Umesh Kewat with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 198 of 2024, under Sections 8/21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Ramkola, District- Kushinagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 1 Kg. 230 gm. of Charas and Rs. 4,400/- cash is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant.
