This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Sappu Nat, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 114 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Naugarh, District Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 25.02.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the incident took place on 07.12.2024 and its FIR was lodged on 08.12.2024 without any explanation for delay in lodging the FIR.
