This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Pradeep Kumar Alias Pankaj Sharma, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 819 of 2022 , under Sections420, 424, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 IT Act, Police Station Bita-2, District Gautam Budh Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 7.3.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Sabban Ahmad has already been enlarged on bail by this Court on 12.5.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Applicati
