Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that on the basis of false allegation, applicants have been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Krishna Kumar and after considering entire facts of the case in detail, co-accused Krishna Kumar has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 13.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
