This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Shadab @ Chida, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 613 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/8 of the U.P. Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Kairana, District Shamli. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 25.01.2025.
