This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Kundan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 81 of 2025 , under Section 274 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 60, 60 (2) of Excise Act, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Mirzapur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 10.3.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per prosecution case, 20 liter country liquor along with 5 kg uria was recovered from the spot and applicant was arrested.
