Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 13 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 65(1) B.N.S. and 5J/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Lohta, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 7. It is further stated that the victim is the consenting party, as is evident from her statement recorded u/s 183 B.N.S.S. 8. The age of the victim is 17-18 years, as per ossification test report. The pregnancy of the victim has been terminate
