The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 560 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 309(6), 61(2), 317(2) BNS, Police Station- Bahedi, District- Bareilly, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown person and during investigation, applicant along with five others has been made accused in the present matter merely on the basis of his confessional statement. 4. He further submitted that except the confessional statement of the applicant before police and statements of co-accused persons, there is no other evidence against him on record. 5. He further submitted that applicant is not having any criminal history and he is in jail in the present matter si
