This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicants, Ajeej, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 165 of 2025, under Section 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S.- Lisari Gate, District- Meerut, during pendency of the trial in the Court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused- applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this case crime number and are languishing in jail since 13.03.2025. They have no criminal antecedent and there is no likelihood of their fleeing from course of justice or tampering with evidence in case of release on bail. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have no concern with the alleged recovered
