This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Ayushi Agarwal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 346 of 2017, under Sections 420, 406, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4, 5, 6 Prize Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning Act) of 1978, Police Station Kotwali Karvi, District Chitrakoot. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. She has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 27.12.2017. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was not named in the FIR. Charge-sheet in this case has already been submitted much prior in the year 20
