The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mohit Rajaura, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 11 of 2025, under Section- 65(1) B.N.S. and section 3/4(2) POCSO Act., Police Station - Shikarpur, District - Bulandshahr. There are allegations against the applicant of committing offence of rape against the minor girl. She has implicated the applicant and assigned him role of commission of offence of rape. This Court after hearing the learned counsels for the parties does not finds any ground for enlarging the applicant on bail at this stage. The bail application is accordingly, rejected.
