The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 757 of 2022, under Sections 302, 364, 394, 411, 201, 34 IPC and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Naubasta, District Kanpur Nagar during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, it is a case of circumstantial evidence and on the basis of false allegation applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with several others including co-accused Prem Kumar and Raju Prasad and after considering the entire facts of the case both the co- accused Prem Kumar and Raju Prasad have been released on bail
