Heard Sri Aman Srivastava, holding brief of Sri Arvind Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms Ifra Islam, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.228 of 2023, under Sections 506 IPC and Section 3(2)V of SC/ST Act Police Station- Kotwali Jalaun, District- Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that in the instant case the applicant was enlarged on bail by this Court under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act vide order dated 19.02.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.3274 of 2025. Later on during investigation, Section 506 IPC and Section 3(2)V of SC/ST Act have been added. Learned counsel has further stated that the applicant has not misused the said liberty granted to him earlier on. 5
